Hey, there's going to be an interview with people talking about food stamps on bloomberg shortly and they were talking about food stamps just now and did you know, that JP Morgan manages the payouts and stuff for food stamps not just in the US but, in Great Britain and some country in South America, I forget which one they said now.
But, did you know that?
I'd always thought that some office in DC did all that. But noooooo, it's been privatized out to damned JP Morgan. LOL
what the hell???

Crap, pamela.

This thread was the first thing I read this morning and I just realized I've been staring at my monitor like a deer in the headlights for the last five minutes.

And I'm not even on food stamps.

What if I told you that, somewhere on this island, there is a very large box and whatever you imagined, whatever you wanted to be in it when you opened that box, there it would be? What would you say about that, John?

Dontcha guys love the all new corporate America?

The government makes business owners buy "unemployment insurance."  Same deal.  Money doesn't go to the GOVERNMENT.  It's probably controlled by AIG.

Sweet, IRS is really run by Blackwater.  Put a whole near fear into the audit huh.  Pay up or get kneecapped by 6 dudes in an Abrams, unless of course you watch the teevee and call "The Tax Master"(prolly KBR) to avoid paying those nasty taxes Grin

I have said for years JPM will be the last "bank" standing...

Morgan dollars anyone? This has happened before.

Nah, only a conspiracy theorist would think governments are shutting down the economy, as a back door way of dealing with PO. No-one saw this coming. It just "happened" through sheer, bureaucratic inertia, in which case the charge is one of incompetence.   - Slow Dazzle

Yep.  As goes Morgan, so goes the rest of the economy.

JP Morgan hitting the iceberg is high on my list of "things to make me head to my doomstead".

When did this happen and why did we not hear anything about it when it did?
