Warren Buffet doesn't want Congress to fool around with the federal reserve political independence, because it could lead to alot of mischief.

What the fuck sir, what the fuck. This has me boiling. Mr. Buffet, the federal reserve IS nothing but mischief and you're part of it. You don't want a comprehensive audit because it will reveal the under the table deals you've made with GS's alumni, and Tim Geither. You also know the whole fiat lie would be revealed and soon you would find yourself worthless...just like the rest of us.

I can't stand this shit. Reserve bank independence....oh that's rich you sack of shit.  Angry Angry Angry

Ah, come on now.  Warren is a good old boy from Nebraska.  Ain't you buyin' all that shuck-and-jive PR about how he's just a normal joe got lucky?  How he drives an old car and lives simply?

How he's got pretty strange connections to Moffet Air Force Base and all the evil shenanigans at Boys Town?

Personally I'm a lot more scared of the day the Fed goes POOF than I am of them continuing with biz as usual.

Warren has a very good reason for leaving the fed alone. Do you think he would be where he's at if there wasn't a fed?

And Mega, please, tell us exactly how you feel.  Lips Sealed

Oh NO! Not MISCHIEF!

Got news for ya Buffet....we've been dealing with mischief for years....DECADES even! Just because the tides threaten to turn against "your kind" for a change doesn't mean it will be any more mischievous...just that "your kind" might have to face the hardship ordinary citizens have felt for far too long!!!

What about OUR independence?!?! We're coming for you, you rich fuck!!!  And your all powerful "money" ain't gonna protect you from a century of corruption and pent up RAGE!!!

Nah...my money says this whole "audit the Fed" is just another game to keep us on the edge of our seats. It won't happen. Too much at stake. It just delays the inevitable for a bit longer.....

Little Miss Buffett
Sat on a tuffet
Eating his turds and whey
Along came Bernanke
Who asked for a spanky
And frightened Miss Buffett away

As someone else stated earlier in the thread, he IS the reserve.

I've lost a lot of respect for this guy in just the past two years.

The Oracle of Omaha can't even see that peak oil and resource limits make this crappy system impossible, or he does and doesn't tell anybody about it.

My respect for Matt Simmons grows every day.

Oh it will be terrible, worse than most people calling for their downfall can imagine but you know what, I still want it. I want to go to my grave knowing they finally got theirs.
