So someone passed along some starter to me.  The recipe calls for lowfat instant vanilla pudding--not exactly something I keep around. 

And...um...I don't know that much about the Amish, and maybe it's famous tradition of theirs, but I suspect they don't jive with the instant pudding.

Anyhow-- anyone have a recipe for my starter that does NOT include instant pudding?
