I love WikiHow!
I thought this project was neat, I like anything where we can re-use things that would otherwise be thrown in the garbage.
the vest looks pretty cool too and could double as armor. LOL

I've heard of chain mail, ring mail, and plate mail, but I've never heard of tab mail.  Pretty cool idea.  It would look better as a full long sleeved shirt though.
