hey--i have a couple squares of good, 75% plus dark chocolate every morning! if it works in the Harry Potter movies to heal you from Dementor attacks, it must be good for you!

Hard apple cider is made from less inbred apple cultivars (more acidic, more phenols and oligomeric proanthocyanidins). And the ethanol also is cardio-protective.
