For what it's worth, I have succesfully ordered and used products from http://www.inhousepharmacy.com/

There used to be intermittent issues with confiscation, but I want to say that those problems died down when the old people started complaining about medication costs. But it's been a while, and I don't generally know how safe ordering from these offshore pharmacies is.

Here is my experience with online pharmacies:

If you go for one with a good  and long repuation they are generally reliable and trustworthy. It's a bit like on ebay: Every negative review on a forum will lose them customers, and ripping off people is not in their interest in the long term. It takes years to build up an online reputation, but only weeks to ruin it.

Go to a forum like drugbuyers.com and read the feeback and ratings to find a reliable source. Make sure it's a source that has good feeback over a period of several years. The more reputable the source, the more expensive it tends to be.

Sometimes it can take 4 weeks for the parcel to arrive; most pharmacies will re-post if the parcel gets seized by customs.

My problem with online pharmacies is that very few of them sell the two classes of drugs that I would consider the most essential for stockpiling in your doomstead:  painkillers (eg.codeine) and tranquilisers (eg. xanax).

In fact I only know one trustworthy source, and a handful of unreliable sources that will rip you off only half the time, judging from the mixed reviews. I am not going to name names here, but they can be researched in said forums.

Also bear in mind that some online pharmacies sell conterfeit drugs. Despite what reports in the media will have you believe, this is very rare if choose one of the reputable sources. Needless to say, don't simply buy something from the first place that pops up on a google search.

If you want to be 100% certain, buy a drug testing kit. These cost about $20 and are available on places like ebay.

I have ordered meds from international online pharmacies several times, including one in India. So far I have never been ripped off.
