The neutral voltage I recorded earlier appears due to lousy wiring in my house.  The other glitches in the latest data set appear to be from routine operations at the local substation.  I would have liked to see a comparison of power quality now compared to say 5 years ago, but don't have that data available.

The last few days as sampled from the main breaker box:
(actually on a direct run from it that I'm sure there is nothing else attached to)

All in all, no major anomalies the last few days.  I didn't notice any flickering or UPS units switching to battery.
