I just joined the other day and wanted to say hi.  : )

I'm 27, of the female variety, and have always been interested in doomsteading, just never knew there were so many of us out there... it's good to know.

Searching around the site, there's a lot of great information here and I'm looking forward to reading up on everything.  thanks!

Welcome, but please do beware:
We’ll soon have you tearing your hair!
Flourishing’s out,
Without any doubt,
In fact, we think there’s no there there!   Grin

Don't mind Benjamin.  He just goes off and channels Underdog sometimes.

The cause of this flurry bizarre:
They recently made me a star!
Which just goes to show

You planning on collecting all of these into a book called Limericks of Doom?  Cause you should...

(Oh and welcome to the forum dark_war, by the way...)

This year I celebrate 30 years of recording music and being an "activist" by giving up on both!  All of my available albums are now free downloads on the John Ludi website (as I'm damned if I'll spend the time and money to make any more of them):

Thank you.

You and other artists here probably understand what I’m going through better than I do. Thanks to the limerick contest which got me started here a couple years ago and the fantastically supportive LATOC people and environment, I seem to be in an unaccustomed creative sort of place which I better not talk about too much because it’s surely only temporary and I better sketch out some ideas while I can. It’s fun, and it’s really wonderful to have it appreciated.
