My way of preparing for the coming contraction is to scale back consumption and grow, forage, and preserve food. But I can't stop at individual security. Maybe that's why lots of us post here. I want to help remove the obstacles to simplifying life by sharing my system for eating cheap, green, convenient, healthy, and tasty. Please pass it on.

welcome to the forum!
really like that cabbage soup recipe!
sounds delicious.
I'm wondering if I could substitute some dehydrated vegetables for some in the recipe, maybe dried tomatoes for the tomato paste?
