hmm actually I agree with you there armagoof

one of the reasons us ladies of doom got together in the first place was our connection through books....

fuck i remember when mtlouis mentioned that one of the reasons she loved latoc as there were more book readers here than anywhere else.....

does make you wonder

and yes......we do all not only read books......but read GOOD BOOKS........

interesting point and i think there is something in it. Cool

Raven -- my parents keened about how AWWWWWful it was to butcher chickens. The smell! The smell!! <swoon>

Then I processed 20 of them in my back yard this summer. Geezacriminently. It wasn't that bad at all. I attribute it to the fact that they were children at the time their families did it, and so have a magnified memory of "gross." Cheesy

Make no mistake, farming is HARD work. But satisfying.

Reading -- yes....reading.

Speaking of which, I've noticed that the people who think we can just get off this planet and on the the next one, tend WATCH SF MOVIES, not READ SF BOOKS.
