Ann is a friend of mine.  She used to work with my husband at Tehama County Mental Health.

My only beef with here is she only got the bastards down to 12.99%. I'm hoping she calls them again - records it as doing so I'm 99.999% sure would be legal as they always say they're recording you when you call - and get them to lower to 6.5% or 7%. Be like "Hey bitches, it's me again Ann Minch!!! (insert maniacal feminine laughter here) Now lower the rate to 6.5% or I go back on Youtube and you'll have 10,000 stop paying all together. You feeling lucky punks? Well are you?"

I'm going to email her back to say she might want to consider using her fame - which, unfortunately will likely be brief - as a springboard to become a small and local bank advocate type blogger, or something along those lines.
