At paragraph 4 there is a comment about the risk of a return to recession. Did I miss the memo? I thought much of the global economy was up shit creek.

Memo to self: Must hunt down the economic recovery. Look in every corner because it seems to have done a runner and found a good hiding place.

There's even a statement by a Robert McIntosh how this will be a "frustratingly slow recovery", as if it being a recovery is a given. This way, once things really go south, the media could assert that there was a recovery, if you missed it it's your fault, you weren't looking hard enough.
