9/28/09. After first announcing suspension of civil liberties for 45 days, allowing warrantless arrests, and closing down Radio Globo and TV 36, which have opposed the coup, as well as giving Brazil's government 10 days to resolve the Zelaya question or face closure of its embassy, coup government head Micheletti is now talking of restoring civil rights by the end of the week. Looks like things are coming to  a head.
