You can delete a thread you started, you can also modify a post within a 90 second grace period after posting and no edit message will show, after 90 seconds any modification will show a message edit by xxxx at time.

I'd love to have a working ignore function for you guys similar to the v bulletin message board software but unfortunately we have to work within the limitations of the smf software,

If you really want to remove a post completely I'd suggest editing it down to one word "delete".

When I come across anything like that I'll remove it.
