Glad people brought up tinfoil and doomsteads. Surprised to not see Preps on there though.  Maybe also term for a "plan b," after "MZB's" set your town on fire and you have to abandon the "doomstead," and "bug out" to an alternate location.  This term could be...plan b.

E85: The swindle perpetrated on Canadian car buyers who are conned into buying expensive new vehicles that will run on the wonder fuel E85. (85% ethanol, 15% gasoline) The swindle is in that there are no stations that sell E-85 other than in Ottawa, the capitol city of Canada, and thats an experimental station for government vehicles only.
