It's an expression like "hurrah!"  An exclamation of joy, glee, happiness.

Co incidental that I found this thread just minutes after I finally put together what MSM means :........took me some months but the light bulb went on this morning(maybe cause I made my morning coffee a wee too strong). Roll Eyes

The Lexicon still seems to be up; I clicked on the link to the "full definition" of LATOC, and it came up as blocked because it had been reported as a phishing or malware site.  I clicked "ignore warning" and it let me through to the Lexicon itself.  I reported it as non-threatening, but perhaps others of us need to do the same.  It was Firefox3 that blocked it for me, through Google's database apparently.
