Welcome to the forum.  I think.

Now are you a woman in the army, or a man in the army wishing there were more women in the army?

Uh.  No.  The Army most definitely will not take me, what with a couple of underlying medical conditions that made them kick me out after the first quarter of ROTC.  Although, damn, it'd be fun to see how fast I could get kicked out for setting up rape sting operations in basic training.  Brings new meaning to "Internal Affairs".   Grin

And, now that you mention it, why the Army?  Why not the Navy, or the Air Force?  Why not Blackwater, for that matter?

Joining one of the .mil's would be counter intuitive to my diabolical plan of pillaging the local populace when TSHTF  Tongue MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Besides... Bowing to authority has not produced much fruit for the first half of my life.

It would be by definition insane to expect that to change.

If you don´t mind being sexually harassed (or worse) and mobbed by male GIs, or get dropped in some remote minefield or get fumigated with friendly WMD fumes or barnacle-bombed by some crazy nameless militia, go for it.

OTOH I heard you get a free tit job and some college tuition so if you´re desperate enough... Grin

This guy (?) better hurry up and get all the recruitment in he can.  In about six months the military won't need recruiters; there will be thousands of people lined up wanting in for the  three hots and a cot thingy.

I have a very bad problem with authority.
And a mouth that doesn't no when to shut up.
I wouldn't get past the recruiter's office, even if I wanted to try.
