I Am Tired Of Smoking Cigarettes. Help Wanted!!!

Pipe tobbacy has gone way up! 

It's not a biggy for me as I might smoke a couple bowls a week. Over $8 for a pouch now. Last year it would have been $5.

Anyone reading this and trying to quit,

I tried everything to quit over the years, and what finally worked (six years no smokes) was

TEA TREE OIL TOOTHPICKS

Yep.

You carry a pack around... just like cigarettes.

You can fidget with the toothpick, take it out of your mouth, etc... just like cigs. Can't do that with gum.

Tea tree oil toothpicks are relatively cheap.

Use the toothpicks for a couple of months after quitting.

Trust me, it works!
