"Yes, sir.  That's right.  This 'contributor' calls himself 'Bucktooth Bubba.'  I'm not sure if Buck is the first name, Tooth is the middle, and if Bubba is the surname."

"No, I haven't been able to find anyone with the surname Bubba, but he did list his Social Security number as 66-66-6666, if that helps."

"Oh, his email?  Yeah, polecatskinner@bubbanet.net."

"No, I'm not joking.  What do you mean you are going to seize all of the assets of the newspaper?  What gives you the right?"

"Oh, you are the government.  I forgot, you have the right to do whatever you want at the point of a gun..."

I can't think of anything else that would alert the authorities and send up mega red flags than an encryption service. The NSA would take that apart in no time. Hiding behind  a "ghost surfing" program? No problem. Christ almighty, did any of you see how quickly the "Reddit Heads" found all of the "health club killer's" posts on the internet? And they are children!

UPDATE: The poor bastard has been found guilty by a jury of illiterate babboons:

http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2009/aug/14/jury-convicts-business-owner-robert-kahre-tax-frau/

http://www.lvrj.com/news/53287717.html

Stupid fucking jurors. Maybe they should be made to understand the concept of "Jury Nullification"?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jury_nullification

Quote

Jury nullification is the process whereby a jury in a criminal case nullifies a law by acquitting a
defendant regardless of the weight of evidence against him or her."[1] Widely, it is any
rendering of a verdict by a trial jury which acquits a criminal defendant despite that defendant's
violation of the letter of the law—that is, of an official rule, and especially a legislative enactment.
Jury nullification need not disagree with the instructions by the judge—which concerns what
the law (common or otherwise) is—but it may rule contrary to an instruction that the jury is
required to apply the "law" to the defendant in light of the establishment of certain facts.

I guess they don't teach THAT in civics class any more (too busy inculcating "self esteem" or some
other bloody hogwash.

I do not know why people try to do this.  Who wins this stuff EVERY SINGLE TIME?  The IRS.  Every single time.

Live and learn.  And go to jail.

Derm- I know.  I know.  The whole thing is just like everything else: bullshit.  But that bullshit  rules the courts and has since the inception of.....well, I started to say since the inception of the income tax amendment, but it's really always been bullshit ruled by the elite.  You mess up, you go to jail.

And we all know the story of how that amendment got "passed."

Oh, well.

I have never heard of one case where someone thought they could "legally" cheat the IRS and got away with it.  It's kind of a hobby of mine, as we went to church with a couple who were going to beat the IRS because the income tax amendment was never legally passed by congress, blah, blah, blah.  They didn't go to jail, but they came home from work one day and the T-Men were there with GUNS DRAWN.  All their clothes were on the front lawn and they lost everything they had.

Anyway, I kind of like to keep up and see if anyone wins these.  I've never read about anyone winning.  That couple that was in Vermont or New Hampshire or somewhere in New England a couple of years ago and holed up in their house.  Lost.

I'd like to read about anyone who wins, though.  It would be interesting to know what they did to beat the IRS.

In aaron russo's, america freedom to fascism, they interviewed a woman who was on a successful jury nullification jury. I totally agree with you though that its not worth it to resist the criminal IRS, As long as the majority of americans are sheople. The majority wont change until after the dieoff im afraid though.

As long as you don't make it a political cause, the IRS will not mess with you that much. As a matter of fact, the IRS is very co-operative with you as far as payments on your debt to "them" go. They want the money. They cannot get the money if you are in prison. I'm not saying it's right, all i'm saying is don't shit your pants when dealing with the IRS. If you proclaim personal non DC citizenship and the American flag can't have a fringe on it in court 'cause that makes the proceedings Admiralty Law and all that other BullShit, then you will get what you get. You want to spend 2-10 years in Federal prison? No? Then just keep your mouth shut and make a deal with them. What? You want to be a HERO? Oh, OK. With the Feds Heros are always welcome......Dead. Just STFU and do what you have to. The Feds do not give a shit about you. They do not care what military weapons or gear you buy. The Feds don't give a shit what you say on a piddly forum like this. Hate to break it to you all.....you're not important. "They" know that most of you loud-mouths won't do shit when it matters, so what do they care?
