Of course it was right wing statists who produced that video.  That doesn't change the facts, of course, but they are big spenders of another kind.  Doubt they would be complaining much if this money was going to blowing up Iran, or something along those lines.

Dont get me wrong, I'm totally against this bailout nonsense.  Just wondering where these assholes were eight years ago.

8 years ago?  Where were these assholes in 1980?  You know, when Reagan fucked this country proper?

Well, I only mention it because there are a lot of people jumping on the "government spending bad!" bandwagon right now, and it's not that I don't welcome them to the fold, I just want to make sure they slap themselves on the wrists for supporting it so vehemently over the last 8 years.  And your right, Reagan definitely pumped our buns a good handful.  But so did many other POTUS, and if we want to find a good starting point, Teddy Roosevelt is a good first guess.
