The Shit That Didn't Make It To America. $

lives and economy are entirely dependent on fossil fuel
((( is this too bold? )))
It would be an enormous oversimplification to say that oil price 'caused' the world recession,
but the fact that the price spike and the economic crisis occurred at the same time is hardly meaningless coincidence.

"Sweet victory in scary times.'

You know, I suspect these books might have been so victorious if the times weren't so scary.

This just in: "Peak of the Devil" will be out in time for this year's holdiay season!

That's three books released in maybe eight months.

GO TEAM!

Bring along carolers to sing at your book signings:

“The Last Noel”
“Here Comes Tooth and Claws”
“Soylent Night”

Oh, yeah- that has BEST SELLER written all over it!

It looks like "Peak of the Devil" is our winner, folks. I submitted it to the publisher this morning. Maitreya will get a signed first edition when it comes out, but fair warning: That probably won't be until some time in 2010.

Stay tuned!

2010?!?!?! Won't it be a history book by then? Tongue

"2010?!?!?! Won't it be a history book by then?"

Yeah, I guess that's why the publisher is hustling to get it out by the end of this year. The endorsements are already starting to come in. This thing is seriously fast-tracked.

Now somebody, quick, we need the words to "Soylent Night"!

Soylent Night

Soylent night, taste delight,
Grab a fork, eat long pork!
Round steak, thigh steak in locker stockpiled,
Brains and kidneys--so tender and mild!
Sleep in seventy pieces,
End up as meat, bone, and grease.
