The good bank, bad bank scenario. I wonder if this had anything to do with the crazy action in Freddie and Fannie today? Did someone have that info earlier today?

Get rid of those commercial mortgages before they implode ?

Fannie and Freddie are in the commerical mtg business...apartment buildings qualify.
Think of all those new condo's all over America with apts getting auctioned off ......
