This actually looks pretty cool.  A remake of George Romero's other film about people trying to survive when everyone around them becomes a monster.  It's getting fairly decent reviews, too.

My neighbour's son and his girlfriend came by after they saw it last night-they said it's great, and scarier because they could see it happening.

Gives me hope for the future that teenagers are getting it.

I saw the movie tonight.  Not bad.  Strictly B-level, but fairly well made and acted.  I wish they'd spent a little more time on the town's deterioration.  The plot is also a bit disjointed and there are a few too many horror film cliches.

Overall, think 28 Days Later in the American Heartland.

I saw this at the $4 matinee yesterday.  If you like zombie flicks, you'll like this one.

Isn't it about some Kansas town that has all it's residents go crazy from bad water or something?
If so, I don't know if I'll see it. I live it.  Tongue

It is a military biological weapon gone awry in Idaho.

watched the original 1973? George Romero version last night and looking forward to the re-make.
you should watch the old one too. Romero I think was ahead of his time on the military take over, confiscation of guns, martial law thing.

Wow-I was a little off. I read this review and got that notion.

I guess that's where I got the water thing, but they said it was in Iowa!?
I guess MSM can't even get movie reviews right. How pathetic is that?

It might have been Iowa.  If that's what the review said, I would trust them, not me.
