I just finished watching the Power of Community. An award winning film on on Cuba survived Peak Oil after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

Top notch film and incredibly interesting. Highly recommended.

Has anyone else seen it? I'd like to hear your thoughts on how other countries might implement the Cuban model.

My sense is the Cuba example is a positive one to evaluate, but it's probably been over-glamorized as a panacea.
