This is a very brief book by John Q. McMillian which outlines his experience building an earth sheltered home after he had done much research on the subject.  It details a home that is a complete opposite of Mike Oehler's version, but like that book, it does not go into great detail.

The book was rather pricey at $30 for 21 pages spiral bound in ink jet black and white, and much of the text is available online here:

However, it makes an excellent primer on the subject with a straightforward case study of a single home.  It does not go into great detail and will be disappointing for anyone who has already been researching the subject.

I do wish the book had a good index!
