Ok, hope this turns into something we can all benefit by.

Seeds I have to trade.

Russian Black Prince tomato
Green Zebra tomato
Pink German Queen tomato

Italian Shrimp bush beans

edible pod radishes  (these are cool. you pick the pods and eat them.)

Trucker's Favorite corn

all of these are open pollinated
I probably have more, will add later after I check and see. LOL
If you'd like to trade, send me a private message and let me know.
I'll send you some seeds, you send me some, that's how it should work.

Oh, forgot to say, post any extra seeds you have too so that others can offer to trade with you.
This will be a good way to increase your varieties and try new things for the cost of a postage stamp!

Hey Pamela....I have some tomatoes seeds that I saved from last year.  It was my first attempt so I don't know if they're viable or not. Smiley
I'm wondering about the cross border shipping.....if we get caught Huh
I live in Canada and I know most of my main seed catalogue companies are no longer shipping seeds across the border to the US.
I will be saving alot more seeds this fall.  I've ordered 12 different varieties of dry beans, 3 varieties of snap beans, 7 different varieties of squash..winter and summer..4 varieties of peppers..10 more varieties of tomatoes..lettuces...oriental greens...peas carrots soybeans melons onions and lots of medicinal and culinary herb seeds.  Oh..and a few perennial veggies..jerusalem artichoke, egyptian onion and horseradish.
I think I may have overdone it this year Cheesy..but I, like most other people on this forum, am getting paranoid.  The seeds are viable for a few years....just in case they won't be for sale next year Shocked

The tomatoe seeds I have are:
Canada
Black Sea Man
Belmonte
Brookpact
Burpee's Jubilee
Goldie Boy
Stupice
Isis Candy-cherry type
Tiny Tim-cherry type

They are all determinate tomatoes....haven't tried the indeterminate ones yet Smiley
I've also ordered a currant tomatoe which sounds really interesting.  Probably not good for canning, but I bet they'll be good snacking right off the vine Smiley
I've ordered some ground cherry and cape gooseberry(poha) seeds.  Supposed to grow them like tomatoes but they are sweet fruits in their own wrappers.
Hope I get my seeds soon...will feel much calmer then.. Grin

Muskoil hi! I order seeds from Canada sometimes on Ebay, so I think it would be ok.
I live in east tennessee.
If I have anything you'd like to trade for, message me, I would like to try your Black Seaman tomatoes.

Hi guys
Thanks once again for starting  this post. I believe that seed saving and getting that seed to acclimate to you're area is

one  of the most crucial survival jobs. I am personally always making list of what I would not want to do without post crash. To really

accomplish our goal will probably take years but years are made of seasons. I have as mentioned before a special interest in crops that

give the most bang for the buck and are extreemly versatile and hardy. From what I have read so far the best idea is get the seeds in

the ground and start the process. Admittedly I have a lot to learn about all this and any input would be greatly appreciated. My entire

procedural philosophy is based on the idea that if in the near future if you don't already have it you probably won't  be able to get it.

The let's start now attitude is where it is at.

hi Mia, would love to trade with you!
What do you use the Blue Flax for?
I've never grown it and you would have to tell me. LOL
do I have anything you would like?
I am going to check my seed supply and see what else I may have.

You are so welcome Lady-T.
I think seed saving is a very important thing to know how to do. Especially PPO.
